Bottom line
The sleeper story is PFA becoming a $2B+ revenue engine faster than the market appreciates, with supply constraints now solved and two differentiated platforms. Everyone's focused on the 22% growth acceleration, but the real prize is Martha's casual $2B 'line of sight' comment with Galway factory removing the binding constraint. The renal denervation NCA breakthrough is the obvious headline, but the real binding constraint is implementation bandwidth - they're 'activating accounts' and 'establishing care pathways,' not fighting demand. Most concerning: the surgical distributor excuse sounds exactly like channel stuffing reversal hitting other medtech names. My view changes if they can't deliver the promised Q4 surgical recovery or if CAS revenue in Q4 falls short of the $250M+ needed to hit their $1B annual target.

The 30-second version

  • PFA is quietly becoming a $2B+ business faster than anyone realizes
  • Renal denervation coverage breakthrough masks execution risk
  • Medical Surgical distributor excuse feels like classic channel stuffing reversal
