About these terms
These terms describe the conditions for using earningscallintelligence.com (including the earlier callsheetdaily.com addresses, which redirect here) and Earnings Call Intelligence's original research content, including the Call Sheet Daily article. For questions about these terms, contact zack@callsheetdaily.com.
Substack is a separate service provider. Accounts, subscription checkout and use of its platform are also subject to Substack's Terms of Use. These terms do not replace Substack's agreement with you or override rights that applicable law gives you.
What we provide
Earnings Call Intelligence publishes research on public earnings calls, company disclosures, management commitments and reported financial results. The public archive may include research previews, company histories, promise ledgers, disclosure screens and 13F holdings information. Additional content may require a paid subscription on Substack. Each report identifies its scope and sources.
AI assists transcript processing, organization, comparisons and drafting. Human editorial judgment guides the publication, but errors can occur. Content reflects the information available when it was prepared and may later be corrected, updated or withdrawn. Unless a specific subscription offer states otherwise, we do not promise a particular number of articles, coverage of a particular company, or continuous access without interruptions.
Research, not personalized investment advice
Our content is general information and educational research. It is not tailored to your finances, objectives, risk tolerance or legal and tax circumstances, and it is not an instruction or recommendation for you to buy, sell or hold an investment. Reading, subscribing or corresponding with us does not by itself create a personalized investment advisory, fiduciary or brokerage relationship.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making your own investment decisions. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice about your circumstances. Nothing on this website is an offer to execute a trade or manage your money.
Research limitations and investment risk
Management statements are attributed claims, not independent proof. Our assessments, flags and questions express interpretations of the cited evidence. They do not establish misconduct, certify a company's financial condition or predict investment returns. Historical scores may remain in the archive; a report identified as unscored does not carry a new score.
Comparisons can be affected by differences in reporting periods, accounting definitions, business scope and incomplete disclosures. Forward-looking guidance and unresolved commitments may not be realized. Form 13F holdings describe a past reporting date and may not show a fund's current or complete portfolio. Consult the original sources and the report's limitations before relying on a figure or interpretation.
Investments can lose value. Historical results and management's past performance do not guarantee future outcomes. Research cannot eliminate investment risk.
Subscriptions, renewals and trials
Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through Substack or, where offered, the app store used for the purchase. Before subscribing, review the price, currency, billing interval, included benefits and any trial or promotion displayed at checkout. Those purchase-specific terms apply to your subscription; this page does not change an existing subscriber's agreed price.
Paid subscriptions generally renew automatically until canceled. Where a trial is offered, review whether it converts to a paid subscription and cancel before the stated billing date to avoid the next charge. The checkout identifies the offer available to you.
Cancellation and refunds
For a subscription purchased through Substack on the web, manage cancellation in your Substack account settings. Paid access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for; canceling a seven-day trial ends trial access immediately. Follow Substack's cancellation instructions. For an app-store purchase, use that store's subscription-management process where applicable. Turning off email notifications is not the same as canceling a paid subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself guarantee a refund of a previous payment. Send publication-related refund requests to zack@callsheetdaily.com. Requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law, the terms disclosed when you purchased, and Substack's current refund policy. App-store refunds may be handled by the store. Nothing here removes a refund or cancellation right that the law gives you.
Using and sharing our content
You may read lawfully accessed content and retain reasonable copies for your own research and internal investment evaluation. You may share links to public pages and use brief, attributed quotations consistent with applicable law. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted.
Unless a separate license or applicable law permits it, do not resell our original articles, republish them in full, distribute subscriber-only material to people without access, or bypass access controls. A subscription does not include a right to redistribute our publication as your own product. Contact us for broader republication, distribution or institutional licensing permission.
We claim rights only in material we own or are authorized to license. Company filings, transcripts, third-party data, charts, code and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable licenses. A citation or link does not grant permission to copy that material. These terms do not restrict fair use, public-domain material or other uses protected by law.
Responsible use
Do not use the website to break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Reasonable automated access to public pages must respect access controls and avoid excessive load. We may restrict abusive access to protect the service; any action affecting a paid subscription remains subject to applicable law and the subscription terms.
Sources, external services and privacy
Links to filings, transcripts, data providers and other websites help readers check sources. We do not control their content, availability or policies, and a link is not an endorsement of every claim or service on the destination site. Read the terms that apply when using an external service.
Our Privacy Policy explains website analytics, subscriptions, correspondence and information handling. Please do not send account passwords, payment-card details or brokerage credentials to our contact email.
Availability and limits of responsibility
We aim to provide useful, carefully attributed research, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free, that access will be uninterrupted, or that using it will produce a particular investment result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and research are provided as available without warranties of accuracy, availability or suitability for a particular investment purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for investment losses or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the publication. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your non-waivable consumer rights and remedies remain intact.
Corrections, changes and contact
If you find a factual error, include the article link, company, reporting period and specific claim when contacting zack@callsheetdaily.com. We will review the information provided.
We may update these terms as the publication changes. We will date the revised page and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter purchase terms or take away rights that have already accrued. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
