Bottom line
The sleeper story is Healthcare Solutions transforming from integration drag to free cash flow accelerant in 2026 as costs wind down and synergies compound, while everyone fixates on lost customers. The obvious margin expansion story (31.3% EBITDA margin, sub-60% OpEx for first time ever) is real but guidance suggests something rolling off that isn't recurring. The binding constraint is management's visibility beyond 12 months - the footnote h walkback on 2027 targets signals they can't see around the corner despite record operational performance. Fish's most revealing quote: 'If I were a betting man I would take the over on that $50 million' cross-selling target shows real confidence in execution. My view changes if Healthcare customer losses accelerate or if Q1 2026 shows the margin gains aren't sustainable without one-time benefits.

The 30-second version

  • Healthcare Solutions becomes a 2026 free cash flow rocket ship while everyone's focused on lost customers
  • Operating expense ratio breaks company records at 58.5% in Q4, but guidance only calls for 50 bps margin expansion
  • They stopped giving 2027 targets and buried it in footnote h - classic confidence downgrade
