Bottom line
The market is missing the **operational upside from the fin‑fan retrofit**, which adds >40% airflow and is driving a half‑million‑ton production boost that alone adds ~$300 m to guidance. The headline is a guidance raise, but the real story is that upside is limited by the **<50 TBtu of unsold open capacity** that caps any further margin capture. The binding constraint is therefore capacity utilization, not price or margin. My view flips if the open‑capacity ceiling is breached or if margin % can be quantified and shown to be higher than implied.

The 30-second version

  • Sleeper story - mid‑scale train de‑bottlenecking delivering >40% more airflow and capacity
