Bottom line
The sleeper story is VoltaGrid moving from venture investment to real business with 400MW committed and Middle East partnerships live - this isn't optionality anymore. Venezuela reentry in months, not years, could add $100-200M revenue run rate by 2027. But the binding constraint remains North America margin pressure masked by completion tool sales timing games - the underlying frac business is deteriorating despite Miller's 'stable pricing' claims. Miller's most telling quote: 'My phone is ringing off the hook' on Venezuela shows this is accelerating faster than the market realizes. My view changes if they can't demonstrate actual VoltaGrid project wins within six months or if Q1 North America margins fall more than the guided 300 bps.

The 30-second version

  • SLEEPER STORY: VoltaGrid power deal is suddenly real and international
  • Venezuela reentry is happening in months, not years
