The sleeper story is AI pricing power - Freshworks just executed a 5x price increase from 10¢ to 50¢ per interaction that's 'just starting to flow through' their $25M AI ARR base. While everyone focuses on the solid EX growth crossing $500M, the real catalyst is systematic AI monetization with only 8,000 of 75,000 customers paying for AI. The binding constraint isn't demand but education - they need to convert the remaining 90% of customers who aren't yet seeing the ROI. Dennis revealed: 'We increased our pricing to 50¢ an interaction from 10¢ an interaction. We're just starting to see that flow through in terms of ARR.' My view changes if AI customer adoption stalls below 15,000 customers by Q2 or if the pricing increase triggers churn in renewal cohorts.
