The sleeper story is AI repricing: management admitted they've been 'quite underpriced' and are moving to 'considerably higher' industry pricing for agents with 65-80% deflection rates, which could be massive for margins. ESM standalone removes their biggest constraint by letting them sell to HR/finance without IT entry point. The obvious headline is solid beat-and-raise, but CX growth is actually decelerating (8% to 7% constant currency) and they quietly broke their Rule of 40 streak. Dennis said 'We simply don't need as many people answering questions when you're relying on an AI agent that can take actions' - that's the value prop for higher pricing. My view changes if AI ARR didn't grow sequentially or if the pricing increase faces significant customer pushback in Q4.
