The sleeper story is AI Agent convergence across CX and EX creating a unified monetization engine that management isn't highlighting - with 2,650 total customers now and EX general availability in Q2, this becomes the primary expansion lever. The obvious headline is another solid beat-and-raise quarter, but the real constraint is CX business stagnation at 7% growth for three straight quarters despite SMB recovery narrative. Most revealing quote was Device42 disclosure pivot: 'we're not going to be speaking about it as a completely separate business' right after calling Q4 the 'highest net new ARR quarter ever.' My view changes if Q2 shows CX acceleration above 8% constant currency or if AI Agent adoption rates in EX match the CX trajectory of 1,600 customers.
