The sleeper story is EX crossing 60% of revenue - this isn't just growth, it's FRSH becoming a fundamentally different business model that should trade like a pure-play EX company, not a diversified SaaS portfolio. The obvious headline is record deals and margin beats, but the binding constraint is AI monetization - they're pivoting from consumption metrics to platform plays because direct AI revenue isn't scaling as promised. Dennis's most revealing quote: 'We increased our pricing to 50¢ an interaction from 10¢ an interaction. We're just starting to see that flow through' - translation, they had to 5x pricing because usage wasn't generating revenue. My view changes if they restore AI customer count and ARR reporting next quarter with credible growth numbers, proving the platform pivot isn't a retreat from failed consumption monetization.
