Bottom line
The supply chain crisis they're downplaying is the real story: management admitted customer demand exceeds their $17B guide but they're component-constrained on memory and silicon, forcing them to leave billions on the table. The Street sees 53% growth; I see a company that missed its internal AI compute target by 17 points due to parts shortages and is burning cash to fund inventory builds. Q1 free cash flow of $138M annualizes to barely half their $500M guide while they're committing $1B to CapEx. Rob said 'we're experiencing more component shortages now than 90 days ago' which means the situation is deteriorating, not improving. My view changes if they post $200M+ FCF in Q2, proving they can convert growth to cash.

The 30-second version

  • Supply constraints are the real story: demand exceeds capacity by ~$2B but component shortages are forcing conservative guidance
  • The obvious 53% revenue growth masks deteriorating execution: AI compute was supply-gated in Q1
  • Cash flow is collapsing: Q1 FCF of $138M vs $150M in Q4 despite 11% sequential revenue growth
