Bottom line
The sleeper story is breadth decay: double-digit growth products fell from 22 to 17 quarter over quarter while the six key growth drivers conveniently expanded their share of sales to 'over 70%', meaning the long tail of the portfolio is quietly eroding behind a beat-and-raise headline. The obvious story, Imdeltra's 305 data (21.1 vs 12.7 months OS), is genuinely impressive, but the binding constraint isn't demand, it's regulatory and manufacturing timing: no filing date was given, the addressable patient number shrank from 28,000 to 23,000 without explanation, and when asked directly about Maritide manufacturing capacity tradeoffs, the new CFO's answer trailed off mid-sentence: 'Obviously, we consider all options when it comes to managing capacity... that's that's not a'. My view changes if next quarter either the double-digit-growth product count stabilizes above 17, or management gives a hard Imdeltra filing date and a real number on Maritide tolerability data access; absent that, this is a beat-and-raise quarter wrapped around a narrowing growth base and two unanswered capacity questions.

The 30-second version

  • Breadth is quietly collapsing even as the six growth drivers accelerate
  • Imdeltra's 305 data is real, but the addressable-patient math just shrank and the filing has no date
  • Two live questions got answered with word salad, not numbers
