The sleeper story is the side-by-side module explosion - K Coffee tripled to 2,200 locations while K Pro doubled, creating a platform business model that Wall Street isn't pricing in. Yes, the 7% system sales acceleration grabs headlines, but the real constraint is execution bandwidth as they simultaneously scale modules, accelerate franchising, and maintain 1,900+ annual store openings. Joey's comment that '80-90% of K Pro sales come from existing KFC members' reveals the membership platform's monetization power. The AI positioning feels early but SmartK's 2 million user adoption shows real traction. My view changes if module economics deteriorate or franchise margin gaps persist beyond 2026.
