Bottom line
Real-world evidence is quietly becoming IQVIA's growth engine - the $674M RWE business moved to R&DS in the org shuffle, but this is where AI is actually being monetized while management spent 8 minutes defensively explaining why AI won't disrupt them. The binding constraint isn't AI disruption fear-mongering, it's management's inability to quantify AI revenue contribution after 150+ agent deployments. Most revealing quote: 'I wish we will be spending the next few moments talking about our great results... But an article was published a couple of days ago and all of a sudden, it's the end of the world.' My view changes if they start disclosing AI attach rates or pricing premiums next quarter instead of just win announcements.
