The sleeper story everyone's missing: AI customers now represent 10% of ARR (~$250M) with 100%+ net retention - this is the stickiest, highest-value revenue RingCentral has ever generated. While the Street focuses on the dividend initiation and slowing core growth, the real story is this AI cohort becoming material and extremely retentive. However, the binding constraint is clear customer acquisition momentum slowing - AIR growth decelerated from 80% to 44% sequential, suggesting the low-hanging fruit is picked. Vlad's most revealing quote: 'This AI revolution explosion is really the best thing that ever happened to us as a company' - unusually emphatic for a typically measured CEO. My view changes if AIR customer adds reaccelerate above 60% sequential or if they quantify the ARPU differential for AI customers.
