The sleeper story is Customer Engagement Bundle - 5,000 customers with 40% AI attach rate in just months, now expanding to Microsoft Teams. This isn't just a product launch; it's platform transformation that turns Teams into an informal contact center. The obvious headline is AI customers crossing 10% of ARR, but the real constraint is enterprise pricing pressure from COVID contract lapping that won't fully resolve until 2027. Most revealing quote: Vlad comparing their current AI portfolio to 'independent publicly traded companies...probably worth more than RingCentral was worth at IPO' - that's either visionary confidence or concerning detachment from current valuations. My view changes if they start quantifying pure AI revenue growth rates again instead of hiding behind blended customer metrics.
