JFrog (FROG) Q2'25 Earnings Call

The sleeper story is the hybrid reversal - enterprises pausing cloud migrations due to unpredictable AI costs signals a fundamental shift in infrastructure planning that benefits JFrog's hybrid-first architecture. The obvious headline is strong cloud growth acceleration, but the real story is that AI economics are forcing a rethink of cloud-first strategies. The binding constraint isn't technology or demand, but customer budget predictability in an AI-uncertain world. As Shlomi said, 'The unpredictable cost of running AI at scale is forcing a shift from cloud first to fit for purpose.' My view changes if they start quantifying AI revenue contribution or if self-managed revenue accelerates meaningfully.
