Doximity (DOCS) Q4'25 Earnings Call

The sleeper story is that AI optimization clients are growing 2x faster than others, yet DOCS admits zero monetization after 5x user growth-this is a massive pre-monetization land grab that nobody's pricing in. The obvious headline of 20% growth was artificially boosted by timing benefits that create tough 2026 comps, with guidance showing deceleration to 10%. The binding constraint is that they can drive engagement but haven't cracked monetization despite clear product-market fit. Jeff's most revealing quote: 'Today we have zero monetization and a lot of opportunity'-that's both the risk and the upside. My view changes if they announce specific AI pricing models or revenue targets by next earnings, because the demand signal is clearly there.
