The sleeper story is unattended RPA growing alongside AI, not being replaced - this 'layering' dynamic means PATH isn't cannibalizing its core business but expanding it. The obvious headline is $200M AI ARR with 90% enterprise attachment, but the real tell is gross margin compression coming as cloud/AI scales. The binding constraint is now execution velocity - they have demand and budget approval but need faster time-to-value. As Dines said: 'The ROI exists. The executive sponsorship exists. The constraints have been the time, cost and specialized skills required.' My view changes if coding agents fail to ship on time or if customer segmentation metrics don't improve next quarter.
