The sleeper story is commercial execution, not clinical data - Ed's comment that mid-single digit market share funds operations implies $7-10M+ pricing per patient, and they're building teams NOW for 2027 launch. The obvious regulatory drama obscures that MAGNITUDE-2 restart is on track and HAE timelines accelerated. The binding constraint is FDA bandwidth on MAGNITUDE hold, not safety data. Most revealing quote: 'A little bit goes a long way for a company our size' - they're betting everything on HAE commercial success. My view changes if MAGNITUDE hold extends past mid-2026 or if HAE market research enthusiasm doesn't translate to real physician adoption.
