The sleeper story is Shield MCD launching in 2025, not waiting for Vanguard results - AmirAli said they're 'not waiting for any other test to be clinical-grade' and will broaden access 'in the near future.' The obvious headline is strong beats across all segments, but the real story is their AI platform driving sustained competitive advantages with G360 Liquid hitting 4th consecutive quarter of acceleration. The binding constraint is now sales execution, not product capability - they're scaling to 250+ reps by year-end to capture demand. Most revealing quote: 'I don't feel rush to get to that [V2] milestone' because of V1's commercial success - they're printing money and can afford to be selective. My view changes if Shield MCD gets delayed beyond Q4 2025 or SERENA-6 monitoring revenue doesn't materialize in 2026.
