The sleeper story is infrastructure leverage: they're building a 3 million unit business model inside a 400K unit operation with expenses already supporting 1M+ units. The obvious headline is 11.5% EBITDA margins in a weak quarter, but that misses the point - they've proven the high-end economics and now have a clear path to 8x scale. The binding constraint isn't demand or capital, it's operational execution - they need to ramp production 80 units per week consistently while maintaining customer experience quality. Garcia's money quote: 'We currently carry many expenses that support retail unit sales capacity of over 1 million units and expect our GAAP operating income to grow faster than adjusted EBITDA over time.' My view changes if they can't maintain the 80+ units per week production ramp or if finance GPU normalizes significantly - both would signal the scaling assumptions are wrong.
