The sleeper story is same-store sales going positive for the first time in 18 months, buried in Clarke's notes but fundamental to sustainable Vehicle Payments growth. Everyone will focus on the 22% EPS growth guide, but the real constraint is float compression doubling to 300bp in Q1 2026, hitting their biggest profit driver right as they're integrating Alpha. Clarke's brutal honesty on stablecoin demand was refreshing: 'The basic answer was crickets. There's been really no noise.' My view changes if same-store sales momentum breaks or if they can't offset float headwinds with payables monetization by Q3.
